Terms of Service

These terms apply to services provided by SoftTender, a unit of Soft Trade Enterprises (GSTIN 09EMJPS8794E1Z4). By engaging us, you agree to them. A separate written agreement or quote, where given, will also apply.

1. What we do

We are a private consultancy that provides documentation, registration and online filing assistance for government procurement portals. We are not a government body and are not affiliated with GeM, CPPP, NSIC or any department.

2. No guarantee of award

We do not promise or guarantee that any registration will be approved within a fixed time by the authority, or that any tender will be awarded. Decisions are made by the portal, authority or buyer. We do not offer or arrange any influence with officials.

3. Your responsibilities

• You provide true, complete and valid documents and information.
• You review and approve the final bid rate and the documents before submission.
• You remain responsible for the bid, your eligibility and the supply or work if awarded.

4. Payments to portals and authorities

EMD, tender fees, NSIC fees and other government or portal charges are paid by you directly from your own account. We never collect these amounts.

5. DSC and access

Your DSC token and passwords remain with you. Where a signature is needed, we work through a remote session with your permission or through a written authorisation.

6. Our fees

Fees are as per the written quote, plus GST. Registration work is usually payable in advance. Tender filing may be split into an advance and a balance payable before submission. See our Refund Policy.

7. Deadlines

Share documents early. We are not responsible for a missed deadline caused by late or incomplete documents, rate approval received late, portal downtime or DSC problems outside our control.

8. Conflict of interest

We do not work for two competing bidders on the same tender. If a conflict arises, we will inform you and may decline the work.

9. Confidentiality

We keep your documents and bid details confidential and use them only for your work, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the service fee paid for the specific work concerned. We are not liable for loss of business, profit or contract.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
