About SoftTender

Government buying in India has moved online. GeM, CPPP and state portals give every business a fair chance to supply, but the process is full of formats, certificates and deadlines. Many good suppliers never bid, or lose on documents rather than price.

SoftTender exists to fix that. We prepare registrations, document sets and bids for contractors, suppliers, traders and service providers, and we explain each step in plain language.

SoftTender is a unit of Soft Trade Enterprises, a registered business based in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, which also builds software and automation tools. That background shows in how we work: checklists, tracking at every stage and clear records for every client.

We work fully online, so location is not a barrier. Clients share scanned documents on WhatsApp or email, we prepare the work, and whenever a signature is needed we connect through a remote session with the client's own DSC. Every step is confirmed with the client in writing.

We keep our work honest by design. We do not promise awards, we do not deal with anyone on the buyer's side, and we do not take two competing bidders for the same tender. Our job is to make sure that your bid is complete, correct and on time, and that you understand what you are signing.

About the founder

SoftTender is run by Pawan Kumar Sharma, proprietor of Soft Trade Enterprises, Varanasi. With a background in software development and process automation, he set up SoftTender to give small businesses a reliable, checklist-driven way to register on government portals and file complete bids on time.
